I was born in Jaffna, Kuppilan, Tamil Eelam. My mother tounge is Tamil but I also speak Malayalam. I studied at Jaffna Vayavilan Central College from 1985 to 1988, before that at Jaffna Kuppilan Mathiya Maha Vidyalayam. I came to Canada in 1989.
